What does “turnkey” mean?

Turnkey means we deliver a complete project, ready to use. You hand us the requirements and we handle design coordination, approvals, procurement, construction and commissioning, then hand you the keys.

Do you handle both commercial and residential projects?

Yes. We build offices, retail, warehouses and other commercial properties as well as villas, apartment buildings and home renovations.

Can you take on just one discipline, such as only electrical or mechanical?

Yes, in many cases. However, our strongest value comes from integrated delivery of all disciplines.

Who handles procurement of materials?

We do. We source, negotiate, order and track materials and equipment, and inspect them on delivery. If you prefer to supply specific items, we can coordinate that too.

How do you price projects?

After understanding your scope, we provide a detailed, itemised proposal. Pricing structure (lump sum, unit rate or cost-plus) depends on the project and is agreed in advance.

How long will my project take?

It depends on size and complexity. We provide a detailed schedule with milestones in every proposal and update you regularly.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a defects liability period after handover and support for any issues. The exact terms are written into your contract.

Do you work with our architect or consultant?

Absolutely. We collaborate with your design team, or can recommend trusted partners.
