Who we are
This website, www.mecengineering.in, is operated by MEC Engineering Services. You can contact us about privacy at info@mecengineering.in.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, project details, and any files you attach. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To manage a project if you become a client.
- To assess job applications sent to us.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business mailbox, hosted by Microsoft 365. Both providers apply their own security controls.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as required by contract and applicable law.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email info@mecengineering.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
